On August 9, 2033, at approximately 2147, Officers James White and myself, Corporal Larry Rich, were notified by computer dispatch of a possible Belial at 810 East Elizabeth Avenue, room 216. We arrived on scene at 2155 per CAD.

Upon approaching the motel and doing a knock-and-notify, we received no response from the occupant.

Officers White and myself then entered the room by force per Provision 16(b). We observed the suspect, one alleged Lakshmi Chowdhury, in the supine position on the couch in the primary room of the residence. The individual matched the description of the suspected Belial.

We then restrained and sedated the suspect and proceeded with standard interrogation.

The suspect refused to provide a name. Search of the suspect and building did not produce a valid identification or travel card.

Officers White and myself obtained the valuables from the residence; list attached. And loaded the suspect into our patrol vehicle. Departure from scene at 2225.

We arrived at the Greater Fresno Detention Facility at 2238. Suspect was received and booked at 2251 by Corporal Jerry Dyer.
